Pamela Barry-Das
Pamela - a registered Coaching and Occupational Psychologist (CPsychol) with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), an accredited coach and NLP Practitioner.
Working as a trilingual (German, English and Bengali) psychologist for the past ten years has allowed me to gain insight into so many fascinating business cultures, industries and especially people. Understanding individuals and finding out what makes them tick is my goal in life.
I am certified in a number of major psychometric instruments (the Myers-Briggs Company and Korn Ferry/Hay Group assessment suite) and also apply a number of psychological principles (Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness, Time to Think, Gestalt) in the work I deliver.
Graham Murray
After completing a degree in Metallurgy and Engineering Materials, Graham began his career in the research and development division of Burmah Castrol. He later transitioned into an international marketing role within the company, gaining valuable global business experience.
He went on to join the foundry division of Cookson plc, where he held a technical sales position before moving into the recruitment industry.
Graham has since built a career spanning over 20 years in executive search and selection. He has worked with leading firms such as Michael Page and Odgers Berndtson, as well as with a boutique generalist search consultancy before setting up his own firm. His recruitment experience covers a wide range of market sectors and business functions, with a successful track record at all organisational levels.
Joanne Collins
As the business owner, it goes without saying that data, analytics and business insight has (happily) consumed my career to date, with previous experience working for Global companies across Commercial Aerospace, Civil Aviation, Defense, Automotive, Space, Mining and the Oil and Gas sectors.
I am 100% results-driven with a tenacious and unrelenting focus on data accuracy that extends far beyond just numbers and spreadsheets; impacting whole-business systems to spotlight pain points, forecast outcomes, and drive greater profitability through vast efficiency gains.
My passion for data extends to its predictive power and the ability to create forecasting models to anticipate future outcomes. This proactive approach allows businesses to stay ahead of the curve, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities before they fully manifest.
